All items are handmade and may vary slightly from images shown due to materials, lighting, and the handmade nature of the products.
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price at checkout is the price you will pay.
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. If cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued.
A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins on commissioned items.
This covers design time and materials.
The remaining balance must be paid before dispatch.
Custom or personalised items cannot be cancelled or refunded once work has begun, unless faulty.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for postal delays or courier issues once dispatched.
For standard (non-custom) items purchased online, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused
Returned in original condition
Returned within 14 days of notifying us
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Custom, personalised, or commissioned items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality.
Please contact us promptly with details and photos if applicable.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 days.
Jewellery should be kept away from water, perfumes, and chemicals.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.
Some materials used in our products may cause allergic reactions. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure suitability before purchase.
Our jewellery and accessories may contain small parts and are not intended for use by young children. Items should be kept out of reach of children and used responsibly.
Treasures by Mildred accepts no liability for misuse of products or failure to follow appropriate safety precautions.
